If you wish to make a purchase, but don't want to do it online, you may also phone (Monday - Saturday, 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time) or mail an order to the address above. You may also e-mail an order, but for security reasons we suggest that you give us the credit card information by phone instead of e-mail.
shipping
All products may be shipped to addresses within the United States only. For security reasons, Purple Gem Jewelry is unable to accept orders with billing or shipping addresses outside the United States. Orders are processed within 48 hours, often the same business day. Orders received weekdays after 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time are shipped as soon as possible after receipt. Because our work is all handmade, we don't always have your order in stock. If it needs to be made, we ship within 5 days unless stones are unavailable at that time. We will, of course, notify you of the status of your upon receipt of your order. Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail® (2-3 business days). All rates include insurance. Shipping charges are per address, based on the order total, before tax (Pennsylvania billing addresses only). Some items are shipped separately. Additional shipping charges may apply to multiple shipments.

Email the Returns Department at info@purplegemjewelry.com to receive a Return Authorization Number. Any packages received for a return without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. We guarantee our work and will do everything we can to be sure your jewelry fits well and makes you smile!
